Blind Date with a Soap

Have you heard of Blind Date with a Book? Where a bookstore wraps a book in brown paper and gives you the genre and a brief description of the book? Well, I thought it would be fun to do something similar with soap!  I created six unique designs based off six different book genres: Romance, Mystery, Western, Fantasy, Steampunk, and Comics!  Each design and scent evoke the feel of the genre it represents!  I had so much fun creating these! If you love a little bit of mystery and surprise or know someone who does then this is the soap experience for you!

Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Responsibly Sourced Palm Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Avocado Oil, Shea Butter, Meadowfoam Oil, Olive Oil, Cocoa Butter, Castor Oil, Fragrance, Colorant

Qualities: The soap produces mild, creamy soap that yields a foamy, stable lather.

Book Genre Fragrance Descriptions:

• Mystery Fragrance: A rich, luxurious aroma of worn leather, suede, and rosewood. Touched with a complimentary hint of aged library books. Top notes: Rosewood, Lignin Middle notes: Worn Leather, Cedar Base notes: Dark Tonka, Patchouli, Sandalwood
• Fantasy Fragrance: a mix of blueberry, white freesia, wild grape, pomegranate, lily, magnolia, green vines, cashmere, and violet.
• Romance Fragrance: a captivating blend that mirrors the essence of a cherished designer scent. This romantic floral scent opens with vibrant notes of mandarin orange, bergamot, and tangerine, leading into a heart of fresh peaches, strawberries, and raspberries. The base of white musk adds a soft, sensual finish, creating a spellbinding fragrance that's both fruity and floral.
• Comics Fragrance: ripe, tangy grapefruit fused with garden-fresh mint. Hints of lavender and rhubarb add depth and complexity to this fresh fragrance. Citrus essential oils enhance this bold scent, while mint, thyme, and bergamot essential oils give it an herbal counter to the punchy, juicy grapefruit.
• Western Fragrance: notes of bergamot, leather, lavender, geranium, cypress, and sandalwood. It finishes with notes of suede, spiced musk, and tobacco.
• Steampunk Fragrance: Salty oceanic accords combine with dark musk and sandalwood to fill your space with this balanced, airy scent.
